What delivery methods does Bambou use?
Most Bambou orders are International orders and are shipped and delivered by our trusted carriers, including DHL and national postal services – its your choice!
Do you ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses?
Yes-place these orders like any other! If you're shipping to a PO Box, we may contact you for more information. Note that items that are large may not be deliverable to these addresses and you may need to collect them from your local mail centre.
Does Bambou ship internationally?
Yes! Bambou orders can be delivered to Australia, France, United States, Canada and over 100 other countries. We partner with DHL wherever possible.
What are Bambou’s shipping fees?
The fee is listed in your order summary for review before you complete checkout. We will be working everyday to find the best deal for you!
Will my entire order be shipped in one package?
Usually, yes, your entire order will ship in one package. Should there be any delays on one of your items that we think might be too long, we may contact you to see if you would like them shipped separately.
How do I track my shipment?
Go to your confirmation email – click the link. Each shipment will have a link to click for tracking information.
What's Bambou’s return policy?

How long will my shipment take?
We take your business seriously and will endeavor to send all shipments as quickly as possible. You will receive an email once your purchase has been shipped - this will also have a tracking number so you can track your purchase.
Where do I choose my shipping option?
Choose at checkout. All of your options will be available for review.
Why do you need my contact information?
Because identity confirmation is required for customs requirements and billing requirements and when delivery is necessary, we ask for your email address and phone number at the time of purchase.
What if this item is a gift?
If the item is a gift, and you would like to ship directly to them please enter the email, address and phone number of the recipient at the time of purchase.
