Although we try to have a stock level that will keep up with demand, some highly popular items may run out of stock. Our focus is on keeping up with latest fashion, and our products are only available while stocks last. If you see something you like that seems to be out of stock, please contact email@example.com
How do I look after my purchase?
We want you to wear your Bambou for a long long time. Here’s a few tips!
T- shirts/Polos/Bamboo fibre – Our tshirts and polos are made from preshrunk cotton fibre. Wash in warm to cold and keep dark colours with other similar colours. Please don’t iron directly on your hand screenprinted design – iron inside out!
Dry-Fit – Warm or Cold Machine wash – probably won’t need an iron either!
Chemise and Silk items – Warm hand wash, but it will dry super fast!

How do I sign up for PayPal?

Who do I contact if I have a problem with my PayPal account?
Unfortunately, we are not in a position to assist with PayPal account problems. Please contact PayPal customer service.
When will my payment be deducted from my PayPal account?
Payment will be deducted from your PayPal account immediately.
Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
We strive to ensure that every credit card transaction occurs within a secure environment. The Bambou Indochine payment system has a 128-bit SSL security encryption certification awarded by VeriSign. You can see the transaction is secure if you see a keylock at the bottom right of your web browser. We do not retain your credit card information after your order is complete. Rather, it is submitted directly to our banks. You can rest assured that with each purchase your credit card or bank account information will be secured.
My credit card details are not being accepted. What's wrong?
Please check with your bank or financial institution to rule out errors on their behalf. If problems continue, please contact our Customer Service Team at firstname.lastname@example.org who will notify our technical staff of the issue.
My computer froze while processing payment. How will I know that my payment went through successfully?
All successful transactions will receive a confirmation email within a short time of purchase. If you have not received confirmation via email, please try placing your order again. Alternatively, you can email to confirm the placement of your order – email@example.com
What taxes will I pay?
Import duties, taxes, and charges vary from country to country and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. What delivery methods does Bambou use?
Most Bambou orders are International orders and are shipped and delivered by our trusted carriers, including DHL and national postal services – its your choice!
Do you ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses?
Yes-place these orders like any other! If you're shipping to a PO Box, we may contact you for more information. Note that items that are large may not be deliverable to these addresses and you may need to collect them from your local mail centre.
Does Bambou ship internationally?
Yes! Bambou orders can be delivered to Australia, France, United States, Canada and over 100 other countries. We partner with DHL wherever possible.
What are Bambou’s shipping fees?
The fee is listed in your order summary for review before you complete checkout. We will be working everyday to find the best deal for you!
Will my entire order be shipped in one package?
Usually, yes, your entire order will ship in one package. Should there be any delays on one of your items that we think might be too long, we may contact you to see if you would like them shipped separately.
How do I track my shipment?
Go to your confirmation email – click the link. Each shipment will have a link to click for tracking information.

How long will my shipment take?

Why do you need my contact information?
Because identity confirmation is required for customs requirements and billing requirements and when delivery is necessary, we ask for your email address and phone number at the time of purchase.
What if this item is a gift?
If the item is a gift, and you would like to ship directly to them please enter the email, address and phone number of the recipient at the time of purchase.
